Candidate Representation Agreement
This Candidate Representation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Neil Lasher T/A 2 Late Recruitment with its principal place of business at 1 Eton Heights, 145 Whitehall Road, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 0FB (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruiter"),
And
The named person who has completed the registration form to be listed hereinafter referred to as the "Candidate.”
WHEREAS, the Candidate desires to engage the Recruiter to represent them in seeking employment opportunities, and the Recruiter agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Services Provided
The Recruiter agrees to represent the Candidate in seeking and securing employment opportunities. This includes but is not limited to, sourcing job opportunities, submitting the Candidate's CV and information to potential employers, and arranging interviews.

3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality disclosed during the representation process, including but not limited to job opportunities. The Candidate, however, gives explicit permission for the Recruiter to forward personal details, including previous employment, memberships, certificates, and previous work history, as set out in either a Resume/CV or Personal Statement, to a prospective employer for the purposes of securing an interview for the Candidate.
4. Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement is non-exclusive, and the Candidate is free to seek employment opportunities independently or through other recruitment agencies.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
The Recruiter does not guarantee that the Candidate will secure employment as a result of the Recruiter's services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Recruiter shall cease representing the Candidate in seeking employment opportunities and remove any details of the Candidate held or presented on the webpage.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
9. Amendments
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Notices
Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by email to the respective parties as set forth above.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Waiver
The waiver by either party of any breach or default under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Terms and Conditions for ‘Get Hired’ Subscription Program
1. Subscription and Access
By subscribing to the ‘Get Hired’ program, you gain access to our training modules and coaching services. The subscription is available monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as selected by you at the time of registration. You may change the subscription choice at any time by contacting admin@2late.co.uk
2. Program Content
The ‘Get Hired’ program includes various training modules and a coaching program. Please note that the number and content of training modules may increase or decrease over time at our discretion.
3. Coaching Appointments
Booking System: Coaching appointments are available through our online booking system. Dates and times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Availability: We do not guarantee the availability of specific appointment times. You are responsible for selecting and booking available time slots.
4. Payment and Billing
Recurring Charges: You agree to recurring automatic charges processed through Stripe by subscribing.
Billing Cycle: Charges will occur based on your selected subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
Non-Refundable: All charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. To avoid charges for the upcoming period, you must cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, your membership will continue until the expiry date, one day before renewal.
6. Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terms. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the ‘Get Hired’ program, including training modules and coaching materials, is our intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from the program. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program for violation of these terms or any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued service use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By subscribing to the ‘Get Hired’ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
